I'm a tech enthusiast with a diverse background in IT support, system administration, and web development. Currently working as a Technical Support Specialist at Hytrol Conveyor Co, I manage support for 300+ coworkers while continuously expanding my enterprise management skills.
My journey includes roles as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, and running my own videography business. I've managed critical infrastructure, implemented documentation systems, and administered various platforms including Windows Server, Active Directory, VOIP systems, and cloud services.
In my free time, I'm a self-taught Next.js developer working on both open-source and private projects. I'm currently seeking remote opportunities in system administration or technical support where I can leverage my diverse technical background.
